Combine all salsa ingredients together in a bowl, stir to combine.
Add shredded jackfruit and BBQ sauce to a small saucepan or skillet. Heat over medium heat until warmed through. Serve in warmed tortillas and top with avocado mango salsa and other toppings of your choice.
I have also used pre-cut mango from the grocery store and that worked great. It was already ripe enough so I didn't have to wait for my whole mango to ripen. If you want the salsa to have more heat, leave the jalapeno seeds and membrane in tact, so you'll get all the heat!
I found pre-packaged jackfruit in the refrigerated section of my local grocery store. You can buy pre-seasoned flavors as well.
